Shipping & Delivery
Most Items are shipped directly from our store in Paxton, FL with exception to larger items which may be shipped directly from the manufacturer at our option. We do our best to ship by the next available pick-up time via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Please be aware that we are not in control of shipping company holiday schedules. If your request is urgent, it is your responsibility to call us, so that we can best expedite your order when possible. We are a small retail store, not a warehouse.

We will never share your information with a 3rd party, and we don't spam. All transactions will be conducted via PayPal for your security.
Returns & Replacements
Your satisfaction is very important us. Unopened, non-custom items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. The cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the sender; No call tags or return labels will be issued. Customized items may not be returned for any reason.
